Returns Policy

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. Please quote your order number on all correspondence.

Please ensure that you securely package any returns to Art Loves, as Art Loves will not accept liability for items lost or damaged when in transit for a return or exchange. Please retain proof of postage and use a signed for postage method where possible.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt, contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Keep any damaged packaging and if possible, take images of any damages to the product and packaging and forward these to our customer care team as this will make the process quicker. Art Loves reserves the right to refuse postage costs for returns of items described as faulty which, upon inspection, are not faulty.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings or other body jewellery, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) or underwear. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Any refunds due will be processed on the original order and will be available on your payment method dependant on the payment providers policies, refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receipt.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 working days of receipt. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
